Miley to Celebrate 16th Birthday at Disneyland
Miley Cyrus is going to have a Sweet 16 birthday bash at Disneyland - even though it will take place more than a month before her real birthday of November 23rd.
According to Entertainment Tonight: "ET breaks the news that Miley Cyrus will celebrate her Sweet 16 birthday during a once-in-a-lifetime bash at the Happiest Place on Earth -- Disneyland!
The "Hannah Montana" star is also sharing the spotlight during the private party with some deserving young people from Youth Service America who've been making a difference in their communities.
And ET has learned that Miley's fans are going to be able to join in the fun too! A limited number of $250 tickets to the exclusive event, "Miley's Sweet 16 -- Share the Celebration," go on sale on August 30 at 9am PDT.

When Miley falls head over heels for a rich kid, she goes out of her way to try to make a favorable impression with his extremely snooty parents. However, after one too many country bumpkin insults, Miley accidentally volunteers that she’s performed for the Queen. She quickly enlists Robby and Jackson to help her out of the jam but in the end realizes the importance of simply being yourself.

The latest episode of the Miley and Mandy show contains a skit of the the girls telling the viewers how to "go green" and dancing to Miley's song Wake Up America. I'm not sure about their tip of shopping online to cut down on pollution. That UPS truck that delivers your items probably isn't very clean.

Miley Admits to Dating Nick Jonas
Miley Cyrus admitted that she dated Nick Jonas for two years in an article in the September 2008 issue of Seventeen Magazine:
"We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met. He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, 'I think you're beautiful and I really like you.' And I was like, 'Oh, my gosh, I like you so much.'"
"Nick and I loved each other. We still do, but we were in love with each other. For two years he was basically my 24/7. But it was really hard to keep it from people. We were arguing a lot, and it really wasn't fun."
After they broke up at the end of 2007, Cyrus tells Seventeen, "At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad. I just went into this weird funk. And I dyed my hair black. When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights – and so I did that, and I got myself looking great. And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, I want to make my hair black now – I don't want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, I've got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am."
Miley also told the magazine, "Maybe he'll be my best friend for the rest of my life or maybe I'll end up marrying Nick Jonas!"

Miley Cyrus rode her bike with Adam Sevani from the ACDC dance crew in Toluca Lake, California, on Tuesday.
While I don't care if she wore a helmet or not, I'm sure she'll catch some flack for that, just like she got in trouble for not wearing a seatbelt.

Breakout 2nd Week Album Sales
In the second week of release, the Miley Cyrus album Breakout sold 158,467 copies which places it #2 on the chart. In two weeks Breakout has sold over 500,000 copies.
The top two albums flip-flopped this week with Sugarland's Love On the Inside taking the top spot this week in part to the release of a special deluxe edition of that CD.
